Store Policies

Shipping Policy:

  • Please allow 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to be processed and dropped off at the post office. Your order will be mailed via USPS and will arrive based on the shipping rate you purchased. Please remember: estimated delivery date = processing time + shipping time. Once I drop off the package at the post office, you will receive an email with an order tracking number.

Returns/Refunds:

  • We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations at this time. As a one-woman-business, it is unfortunately not possible for me to offer any of these. Please be fully aware of this prior to making a purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we will try to get it resolved as soon as possible!

Lost/Damaged Packages:

  • Once I drop off a package at USPS, I no longer have control over how your package arrives. If your package arrives damaged, or if your tracking number says your package is lost, please reach out directly to USPS with your tracking number before reaching out to us. *I unfortunately cannot issue refunds when this happens, as I have already put my time and resources into creating the product that I have shipped out and had no control over it getting damaged or lost.
